Mary Leah Adams

Mary Leah Adams, 80 of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Mary was born March 8, 1939 in Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Earl and Ruby Isaacs Horne. She was an antique and collectables dealer and a member of Johns Run Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Ray Adams in 2015. Mary is survived by two sons, Gerald F. (Jerry) Adams of Wurtland, KY and Ricky L. Adams of Frenchburg, KY; one sister Jeanette (Earl) Rogers of Catlettsburg, KY.
Services will be Wednesday, January 8th at 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Delmar Rogers, minister. Burial will be in the Johns Run Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. Family suggest memorial contributions to Community Hospice, 1420 Carter Ave., Ashland KY 41101. Plant a tree: How does it work

When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.

An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.

After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.

Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.

June - December

Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
