Stuart Kyle Wilburn
Mr. Stuart Kyle Wilburn, age 41, of Olive Hill, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 18, 2020, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born April 18, 1978, in Huntington, West Virginia, a son of Dale and Karen Tussey Wilburn and the late Madonna Moore Wilburn.
Kyle worked at Kees Farm Supply in Grayson. He loved spending time with the love of his life, Viola, was an avid NASCAR and UK basketball fan, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially with "his boy", Buddy.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Faye Middleton and a very special aunt and uncle who loved him as their own, Shorty and Ruby Moore Marshall.
In addition to his father and step mother, Kyle is survived by his companion of 10 years, Viola Middleton; one brother, Steve Wilburn (Amy) of Grayson; his father-in-law, Rufus Middleton of Olive Hill; four sisters-in-law, Sandy Middleton, Valena Turner (Darrell), and Wanetta James (Billy), all of Olive Hill, and Paula Messer (Jeff) of Grayson; four nephews, Gavin Wilburn and Kane Wilburn, both of Grayson, Kyle Jordan of Vanceburg, and Darrell Turner of Olive Hill; four nieces, Stevi Wilburn of Grayson, Kaylee Turner of Olive Hill; Kayla Prather (Ben) and Autum Prather, all of Aberdean, Ohio. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Due to COVID-19 requirements set forth by Governor Andy Beshear, a private visitation will be held at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020, at the Sunshine Hill Cemetery in Olive Hill, with his nephew, Kyle Jordan officiating.
Gavin Wilburn, Kane Wilburn, Dune Clark, Darrell Turner, Brady Felty, and Levi Felty will serve as pallbearers.
