Mr. Ronald Victor Burger, age 75, of Olive Hill, passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 17, 2018, at his residence.
He was born May 22, 1942, in Forest County, Wisconsin, a son of the late Julius and Helen Moore Burger.
Ronald was of the Catholic faith and worked for Inland Steel Corporation until his retirement. He enjoyed watching T.V., reading, drawing, traveling and doing carpentry work.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gregory J. Burger Sr.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carolyn Sue Dixon Burger, and two daughters, Angela Burger and Denise Burger, both of Lexington. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill, with Brother John Lambert officiating. Burial followed in the Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Visitation was from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the funeral home.
Family and friends served as pallbearers.
