Robert Louis Hill Jr., 54, of Grayson, went to be with his Lord Sunday, March 4, 2018, in St.Mary's Medical Center following a short illness.
Robbie was born June 9, 1963, in Bellefonte, KY, a son of the late Robert Sr. and Sally Jones Hill.
He was a quality control lab technician for Mountain Enterprise.
Rob loved his family and friends, gardening, story telling and restoring and preserving antiques, artifacts and collectibles including cars and his historic cabin.
He was preceded in death by a very special loved one, Lizzie Sexton.
Surviving is his wife of 28 years, Marsha Cooper Hill; one daughter, Whitley (Shane) Hill Bailey of Grayson; one sister, Cynthia (Gil) Hill Lawson of Frankfort; three sisters-in-law, Brenda (Curt) Marcum, Judy (Kevin) Burnett and Theresa (Chris) Elliott all of Grayson; nieces, Sarah (Steve) Lawson Clark of Louisville, KY, Nikki (Jack) Burnett Calhoun and Brittney Elliott both of Grayson; nephews, Zack (Claire) Lawson of Ft. Wright, KY, and Eric Robert Lawson of Frankfort; great-nephew Raiden Calhoun; and his mother-in-law, Christine Cooper of Grayson.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Malone Funeral Home with Dave Braun officiating. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
