Lindell Qualls Webb


Mrs. Lindell Qualls Webb, age 97, of Olive Hill, passed away Monday morning, July 15, 2019, at Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland.

She was born December 5, 1921, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Virgil and Bessie Duncan Qualls.

Lindell was a member of the Olive Hill Wesleyan Church and was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to church, taking walks, cooking her Sunday dinner and most of all spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Glendall Webb; three children, Quinton Allen Webb, James Dale Webb and Benny Ray Webb; and two sisters, Beulah Cooper and Thelma Smith.

Lindell is survived by two sons, Garland "Jack" Webb (Joann Grills) of Winchester, and Farrell David Webb of Olive Hill; two daughters, Reta Sue Wilson of Grayson, and Portia Stovall of Killeen, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Long of Mansfield, Ohio. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2019, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, with Pastor Allen Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill.

Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019, and after 9 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Lindell's family will serve as pallbearers.
