Mrs. Linda Fultz Stamper, age 59, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 5, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky.
She was born February 16, 1958, in Boyd County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Todd and Mary Etta Richie Fultz.
Linda was of the Christian Holiness faith and was employed by the Carter County Board of Education. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Fultz and Terry Fultz.
Linda is survived by her husband of 43 years, John Henry Stamper; one son, Christopher Stamper (Rachael Tackett) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Victoria Stamper and Robert Stamper; three brothers, Rick Fultz (Kathy) of South Lebanon, Ohio, Lowell Ray Fultz (Vickie) and James Fultz all of Beattyville, Kentucky; and a daughter-in-law, Tina Stamper of Olive Hill, Kentucky. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Terry Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Amy McGlone Cemetery on Jordan Fork in Carter County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
