Linda's Story

Mrs. Linda Jane Lemaster Cole Lemaster, age 74, of Olive Hill, passed away Tuesday morning, April 18, 2017, at her residence.
She was born July 5, 1942, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Henry and Dellie Crisp Lemaster.
Linda was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. She enjoyed working on puzzles, listening to bluegrass and gospel music and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Arthur Thomas Cole and one son, Thomas Jefferson "T.J." Cole; three brothers, Delbert Lemaster, Coy Lemaster, and Earl Lemaster and three sisters, Ethel Eden, Nellie Burton, and Naomi Stinson.
Linda is survived by her husband of 14 years, Herbert Lemaster; five sons and four daughters-in-law, Timmy and April Cole, Donnie and Margaret Cole, Calvin and Mary Cole and Leonard Cole, all of Olive Hill, Lonnie and Elizabeth Cole of Morehead; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Roxanne Roberts and Phyllis Burgess of Wallingford, Brenda and Michael Porter, Tammy and Robert Oliver and Linda and Jamie McGlone, all of Olive Hill, and Rita and Jason Colegrove of Grayson; two step sons, Charles and Carolyn Lemaster of Grayson, and Granville and Rebecca Lemaster of Louisa; two step daughters, Brenda and Gary Barker of Olive Hill, and Janet and Chaney Waugh of Carter City; numerous grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Lemaster of Olive Hill; and one sister and brother-in-law, Dotsie and Raymond Goodan of Olive Hill. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, with Brother Austin Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Lemaster Cemetery on Goodan Cemetery Road in Olive Hill.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017, and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Highway US 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
Linda's sons and sons-in-law will serve as pallbearers.
