Mr. Chad Douglas Hall, age 30, of Grayson, passed away Tuesday morning, Aug. 23, 2016, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 16, 1985, in Boyd County, a son of Ronald Douglas Hall and Donna McGuire Hale.
Chad was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, listening to music, watching ball games, and spending time with family and friends, especially his son.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ed Hale; his paternal grandfather, Harlan "Jack" Hall; one uncle, Randy McGuire; and one aunt, Debbie McGuire.
Chad is survived by his father, Ronald Douglas Hall of Grayson; his mother and stepfather, Donna McGuire Hale and Barry of Grayson; his fiancée, Amanda Shaffer of Grayson; one son, Collin Hall of Grayson; one brother, Elijah Hall of Grayson; one sister, Dylan Jones of Ashland; his paternal grandmothers, Kay Swanagan and Rosemary Hall, both of Grayson; his maternal grandparents, Lenny and Vickie McGuire of Ashland; and his maternal grandmother, Geneva Chatfield of Grayson. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, at Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Grayson, with Brother Lowell Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in the East Carter Memory Gardens in Grayson.
Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, at Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 49 McCoy Road, Grayson, Kentucky 41143.
Shelby Lore, Timothy Jackson, Ernie Hale, Michael Hall, Dee Stephens, and Lee Stephens will serve as pallbearers.
