Mr. Carlos Kiser, age 53, of Olive Hill, passed away Wednesday morning, August 9, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
He was born December 18, 1963, in Ashland, a son of the late Thomas Arthur and Reba Alice Knipp Kiser.
Carlos was a Christian and he enjoyed four wheeling, hunting, watching westerns and spending time with his family and friends, especially with his daughter, Gracie.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James Arthur Kiser.
Carlos is survived by his companion, Barbara Gilbert; one daughter, Gracie Kiser of Olive Hill; two brothers, Tommy Kiser of Olive Hill, and Greg Knipp of Grahn; five sisters, Bearl Blevins (Mike) and Cindy Harris (Tony), all of Grayson, Kim Stevens (Allen) of Olive Hill, Reginia Murphy (Shawn) of Barboursville, West Virginia, and Connie Valandingham of Mt. Sterling. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, with Brother Tommy Barker officiating. Burial followed in the Kiser Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2017, and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
