Mr. Carl Sprouse, age 58, of Webbville, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 24, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 2, 1958, in Columbus, Ohio, a son of Jewell Hayes Sprouse and the late Issac Sprouse.
Carl was a member of the Freedom Tabernacle and worked in construction. He loved fishing and spending time with his children, family and friends.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Ann Savage and Francis Darlene Adams.
In addition to his mother, Carl is survived by his wife of 9 years, Amy Dalton Sprouse; two sons, Joseph Sprouse of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Charles Sprouse of Florida; two daughters, Dakota Sprouse of Sandy Hook, and Savannah Sprouse of Catlettsburg; two brothers, Bobby Sprouse of Grayson; and Eddie Sprouse of Webbville; and four sisters, Brenda DeBord and Balinda Tripplet, both of Webbville, Sandy Eperson of Tennesse, and Annette Rucker of Alabama. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Friends may visit from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at the Freedom Tabernacle Church in Webbville. Burial will be at a later date in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Webbville.
