Burl Lynn  White
Burl Lynn Wilburn White, age 65, of Ekron, KY entered into rest January 6, 2020 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
She was born October 9, 1954 in Olive Hill, KY a daughter of the late Burl Wilburn and Dessia Waugh Wilburn.
Burl Lynn was a graduate of WCHS Class of 1972. She served in the Army for 3 years and was a Civil Service Worker for many years at Fort Knox where she retired. She enjoyed spending time with family and her beloved dogs.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Arnold and Sallie Waugh, her paternal grandparents Rube and Ollie Wilburn, infant sister Connie Wilburn and her aunt Jean Ann Waugh Myers.
Burl Lynn is survived by her mother Dessia Waugh Wilburn, her husband of 30 years Steve White; one daughter Chasidy (Brent) Rose of Bucyrus, OH; one son Aaron (Andrea) Gillund of Frankfort, KY; three grandchildren Ty'Anna Gillund, Joshua Rose, and Harper Gillund; one sister Brenda (David) McClain of Olive Hill, KY; one brother Joe (Judy) Wilburn of Olive Hill, KY. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Upon request of her husband there will be no services.

A friend as long as I can remember
When u r from Grahn, there’s a closeness & a bond that dwells in us forever. From elementary thru high school & in between , we were friends. So sad to hear this of another dear friend especially from our little town of Grahn.Thankful for my memories

Dessie Brenda and family I knew Burlynn years ago and to hear that she had passed was so sad to here She was always so sweet to me and I will be praying for all of you in the days ahead God be with you all!
