Bobby Ray Kelley, 82, of Webbville went to be with his Lord Thursday November 23, 2017 at his residence with his loving wife Dorothy and son Ishmael by his side. Bobby was born May 22, 1935 in Houckville, KY a son of the late Emory Jay and Alma Blevins Kelley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Eileen Faye Kelley which was a twin sister Wanda Lee Jackson and Paula Jean Hylton.
Bobby was a laborer with the Local 1445 for over fifty years and a life-long farmer.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Dorothy Fair Kelley; his children, Melvin Kelley of Grayson, Ishmael and Brenda Kelley of Grayson, Sharon and Eddie Ross of Blain and Earlene Kelley of Webbville; a sister, Juanita Blevins of Webbville; two brothers, J.C. and Geneva Kelley of Grove City, OH and Lloyd Kelley of Webbville; three grandchildren, Andrea Kelley, Amber Kelley and Brandon Kelley; and one great-grandson, Seth Boggs; and a host of friends and extended family.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday November 29, 2017 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with David Boggs and Joe Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 pm Tuesday and after 9 am Wednesday until the service hour.
