Mr. Arnold Clifford Logan, age 83, of Olive Hill, passed away Monday afternoon, August 21, 2017, at Life Care Center in Morehead.
He was born December 8, 1933, in Lewis County, a son of the late Belvin and Emily Sexton Logan.
Arnold was of the Christian faith and worked until his retirement as a farmer.
In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Lovely Logan; one son, Keith Hamilton; two brothers, Clayton Logan and Arthur Logan; and one sister, Lucille Jesse.
Arnold is survived by two sons, Billy Hamilton (Sue) of Morehead, and Barry Hamilton of Olive Hill; three daughters, Carlotta Stibich of Branson, Missouri, Collette Hinton (Danny), and Regina Elswick (Scott), all of Olive Hill; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two brothers, William Johnny Logan and Delmar Logan Jr., both of Olive Hill; and two sisters, Minnie Jessie of Grayson, and Gracie Perricks of Gary, Indiana. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, with Brother John Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Clark Cemetery on Cranston Road in Morehead.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017, and after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Charlie Hamilton, Philmore Tackett, Shane Stamper, Andy Eden, Dustin Hinton, and Brandon Hinton will serve as pallbearers.
