Ms. Amy Lynn Clay, age 33, of Olive Hill, passed away Saturday morning, July 23, 2016 at her residence.
She was born April 13, 1983, in Rowan County, the daughter of Jamie Cooper Clay of Olive Hill, and the late Rondall Clay.
Amy attended the Gregoryville Apostolic Church and loved animals, riding horses, and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Paul J. and Oddress Blankenship Cooper; and her paternal grandparents, James and Ester Stevens Clay.
In addition to her mother, Amy is survived by Blake Branham, whom she raised as her son, and one brother, James Rondall "JR" Clay (Connie) of Olive Hill. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, with Brother Ray Simmons officiating. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
